Appointment Time:  We ask to arrive few minutes early for your appointment.  If you are late we cannot guarantee that we can give you your full appointment time.

Late Cancellation Fee:  We ask that you change or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If your change occurs later than that we reserve the right to charge you for the late cancellation fee.
